Taking the Keikyu Line via Shinagawa is cheaper than taking the Tokyo Monorail via Hamamatsucho.

The Tokyo Monorail runs about every 5 minutes, up to 12 trains per hour, on both weekdays and weekends. The Keikyu Line runs about every 10 minutes on both weekdays and weekends, so its departures are less frequent than the Tokyo Monorail.
