For first-time users of NearMe (formerly nearMe.Airport), here’s a walkthrough of how the service works.

After a long, exhausting trip. A cheap and slightly easier way to get home from the airport 💰✈️

First, apply through our website or the official NearMe app

  1. Enter your pickup location, time, and other details, then proceed to the application screen
  2. Register your email address and phone number for contact purposes
  3. Register a credit card for payment (payment is processed after your ride is complete)
  4. Review your application details, and once your order is complete, it will become a “provisional reservation.”

Within 24 hours of your provisional reservation, you’ll receive an email about dispatch availability

An email will be sent to the address you specified when applying.

If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.

For reservations made the day before your ride, we will contact you by 6:00 PM.

At this stage, please note that your final ride time and vehicle have not yet been confirmed.

We’ll let you know your confirmed ride time and vehicle information.

On the day of your ride, please wait for pickup according to these details.

You can also check the same information anytime from the “Reservations” page on our website.

The vehicle will head to pick you up at the designated time.

Please wait at your specified pickup location.

For airport pickups, we’ll provide detailed location information for each terminal.

Please note that pickup times may shift earlier or later depending on road conditions on the day.

If you can’t find the vehicle, please call the driver as soon as possible.

If the driver doesn’t answer, please contact our support email.

[Arrival] Payment is completed after you board

Since payment is handled entirely online,

there’s nothing to pay when you arrive at your destination, so you can disembark smoothly.

Payment will be completed within about 1–2 days after your ride.

We’ll send you a receipt along with an email confirming that payment has been completed.
