How to Move Between Terminals at Haneda Airport

At Haneda Airport, shuttle buses run between terminals, letting you move between them for free. Also, when transferring from an international to a domestic flight, travel on the Keikyu Line or Tokyo Monorail is free as well. Here’s a summary of how to get from Terminal 3 to Terminals 1 and 2.

Let’s look at each option.

Take the Free Shuttle Bus from Terminal 3

On the 1st floor of Terminal 3, there’s a free shuttle bus stop, “Stop 0.” It takes about 7 minutes to reach Terminal 1 and about 10 minutes to reach Terminal 2. Buses run every 3–5 minutes between 5:00 AM and midnight, and anyone can use them.

Take the Train from Terminal 3 (If You Have a Connecting Flight)

If you have a connecting domestic flight, you’ll be given a free “transfer ticket” for the Keikyu Line or monorail. Present your passport or boarding pass at the arrival floor information counter in Terminal 3. For the Keikyu Line, use “Haneda Airport Terminal 1・2 Station.” For the Tokyo Monorail, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 have separate stations, so you can board and alight near each terminal.
