”NearMe” Is the Recommended Way to Get to Haneda Airport

Besides trains, limousine buses, cars, and taxis, there’s also a new way to get to Haneda Airport: the shared-ride taxi service “NearMe.” You can ride comfortably in a spacious vehicle such as a Hiace or Alphard, and travel door-to-door all the way to Haneda Airport.
Just like a regular taxi, it’s available 24 hours a day whenever you need it, yet it’s far more reasonably priced than a taxi.
Prices vary by area; an excerpt of the fare table is shown below. The first suitcase is free, and an additional ¥1,000 per bag applies from the second suitcase onward.
NearMe currently offers two ways to ride, so you can choose the one that suits your needs.
① Door-to-Door We’ll pick you up right in front of “wherever you like” — your home, a hotel, your workplace, and more. This is ideal when you have heavy luggage or are traveling on a day with bad weather.
| Route | Adult Fare/Person | Child Fare/Person Child (ages 6–11) Junior seat (ages 4–5) Child seat (ages 0–3) |
|---|---|---|
| Ota-ku, Shinagawa-ku | From ¥1,980 | From ¥990 |
| Chiyoda-ku | From ¥2,480 | From ¥1,240 |
| Koto-ku, Shibuya-ku, Chuo-ku, Minato-ku, Meguro-ku, Setagaya-ku, Bunkyo-ku, Taito-ku, Edogawa-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Sumida-ku | From ¥2,980 | From ¥1,490 |
| Arakawa-ku, Nakano-ku | From ¥3,480 | From ¥1,740 |
| Suginami-ku, Toshima-ku, Katsushika-ku, Adachi-ku, Kita-ku, Itabashi-ku | From ¥3,980 | From ¥1,990 |
| Nerima-ku | From ¥4,980 | From ¥2,490 |
NearMe has no highway toll fees, and at just from ¥1,980 per person, it offers a comfortable door-to-door service for less than a third of the cost of a regular taxi.
On the NearMe official website, you can enter your pickup location, date and time, number of passengers, and number of bags to search for prices, travel times, routes, and more. Be sure to take a look.
② NearMe Spot This plan has you gather at a “virtual stop” near a designated station. In exchange for a short walk, you get an even better rate than door-to-door service!
NearMe Spot ↔ Haneda Airport: From ¥2,480
There might be a spot near your nearest station too? New spots are popping up one after another near major stations, including Jiyugaoka, Sangenjaya, Gakugei-daigaku, Seijogakuen-mae, Nakameguro, Komazawa-daigaku-mae, Ebisu, Nishi-Shinjuku, Yoyogi-uehara, and Akasaka-mitsuke.
Summary

We’ve introduced “private booths,” “paid lounges,” “cafes,” and “lobbies” as workspaces where you can get work done at Haneda Airport. Since each has different facilities and atmosphere, choose the workspace that best fits your situation.
For getting to Haneda Airport, we recommend NearMe, which offers excellent cost performance — the comfort of a taxi service for less than a third of the price.
Since you can make an advance reservation and pay online, boarding and getting off are smooth and hassle-free. When you’re heading to Haneda Airport, please consider giving it a try.
